1. Scope and data controller

This Privacy Policy applies to the Leadpeng website, including leadpeng.com and its case-study, service, and company-information pages. “We,” “us,” and “Leadpeng” mean Hangzhou Leadpeng Technology Co., Ltd.. We process personal information related to this website lawfully, fairly, and only as necessary.

If you access a related product or service through a third-party platform, app store, WeChat, or another external service, that provider may have its own privacy rules. The policy displayed by the relevant product or service will apply to its processing.

2. Information currently collected and used

The website currently provides company information, service descriptions, case studies, credential materials, and phone, email, and WeChat contact methods. Based on the current implementation:

• There is no registration, login, membership account, online ordering, or online payment;
• There is no advertising SDK, personalized recommendation, or cross-site advertising tracker; we use a self-hosted Umami service for aggregated website analytics;
• The “Submit a Request” form on the home page is currently presentation-only. It does not send information to our server or create a ticket;
• The website does not actively submit your name, phone number, message, or other contact information to us.

When you voluntarily call, email, add us on WeChat, or otherwise contact us, we may process the name, contact details, company information, requirements, attachments, and communication records you provide as needed to respond, evaluate a request, prepare a quotation, or communicate before and after a project. Please do not provide identity-card numbers, bank-card numbers, precise location, health information, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary.

3. Website analytics, device information, cookies, and logs

We operate a self-hosted Umami analytics service to understand aggregate visits and improve website performance. It may process page URL and title, referrer, browser and device characteristics, language, approximate region, visit time, and performance metrics. Search-query parameters are excluded, and the tracker respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting. We do not use analytics cookies, persistent advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, or cross-site profiling.

Your browser may also make necessary technical requests for security, caching, or basic network communication. Hosting, domain, CDN, or network-security providers may record access logs under their own service rules, such as IP address, request time, browser type, and URL path. Analytics and logs are used only for aggregate measurement, operation, security, and troubleshooting. If website functions or processing purposes materially change, we will update the relevant disclosures and obtain consent where required.

4. Retention, sharing, and international transfers

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide consultation, perform a project, comply with legal obligations, or handle disputes. After the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize it unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably necessary for dispute resolution or security.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for purposes unrelated to this policy. The current website has no dedicated process for transferring personal information to users or systems outside mainland China. If this changes, we will meet applicable notice, consent, and other legal requirements.

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the scale and risks of our business to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No internet transmission or storage method is absolutely secure. If you believe information or a security vulnerability is involved, please contact us promptly using the details in this policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction or completion of, or deletion of personal information we process; withdraw consent; or ask us to explain our processing rules. You may submit a request by email or phone. We may verify your identity to protect information security and will respond within the period required by law or a reasonable period.

7. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and the general public and is not directed at children. Minors should use the website and provide information with the consent and guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
